Payment methods: You can pay for your order using:

Payment terms: Payments for orders should be made within 3 working days of the order date. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.

Shipments are delivered on business days from Monday to Friday. If you have any questions, please contact us at: sklep@bobuxpolska.pl  

Order fulfillment: Order fulfillment begins after the order has been received and payment has been made. The order fulfillment time is the period from the date of confirmation of receipt of the order by us up to 5 business days. We accept orders 24 hours a day, all year round. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the first working day following these days. If the goods are not in stock, the order fulfillment time may be extended, in which case we will inform you. In such a case, you can agree to extend the order fulfillment time, select another similar product, or cancel the ordered goods.

If you do not agree to the extension of the order fulfillment period, the order will be canceled and the advance payments will be immediately refunded by bank transfer to the account you have provided us with. We provide proof of purchase for each transaction in the form of a receipt or VAT invoice, according to your preference.
